Raeburn Messiah is an arrogant, self-destructive rock star sinking quickly into the sunset of his career. Gabriel, terminally ill with leukemia, is Raeburn’s biggest fan. A chance encounter during a last hurrah for both reveals that they have many things in common, including a secret that could save both of their lives.

There, they met industry professionals, attended industry panels, and watched some films. All in all it was a great experience. The short received a lovely review from an unknown attendee - proof of exactly why we went through the process of making this short film as a vehicle to produce the feature film. Erika, John, and Pete are dedicating the world premiere of The Suicide Flowers Short Film to our talented, gorgeous, and funny makeup artist, Stefani Plante. She, her boyfriend Kurt, and Kiki the dog were in a serious automobile accident, which caused serious injury to Stefani. Kurt and Kiki are okay. A GoFundMe campaign has been started - many thanks to all who have already pledged.
Get well soon, Stefani! Great things are coming our way!

We Have a Film in the Can!
We would love to say it was a "painstaking" endeavor, but, truth be told, it was a heartfelt journey of epic proportions. We received the first cut from our editor just before Thanksgiving, and we spent just about every day over the next two weeks watching, taking notes, collaborating with our director, and re-watching the latest version of the film. The final cut is more than we could have ever hoped for. Picture, sound, music, and story all came together amazingly.
Now, it's film festival submission time. We've been researching and methodically planning the festivals that are just right for this film. Submissions have begun, and now we wait... subscribe to stay in the loop with our progress!
